Older, smaller, structures, but well kept, by very cooperative management (generally well managed). Pleasant grounds. Friendly neighbors. Basically quiet neighborhood. Convenient to campus. Good first or second apartment at a competitive rate. Good definitely outweighed the bad. (4 out of 5).
