Small, but good

I've lived at this complex for several years now and have stayed in two floor plans, one large and one small. It's the same in both: pretty great. The best critique of having an apartment is that you don't need to go to the office for things and, generally, I don't. I've had very few maintenance requests over the years and have only a few problems with the place overall which are more personal choice rather than something they can fix.
I've looked at other places around town and while many seem to be good deals I simply can't say they will be better than this complex and, thus, have stayed. The buildings are made well, the grounds are kept well (though they tend to replace plants rather than care for them) and other than the very large number of children whose parents have not educated them about playing the street (drive slow!) it's a great place.
