Fountains, Rose Gardens, Lighted Oak-Trees ... Plus 9ft Ceilings

This is definitely the best place to live in NW Austin. My teen daughters say we live in a "BOTANICAL GARDEN." We chose Statton Park because there are 19 acres of trees, flowers & paths. Over 100 plants were blooming this spring: Spirea, Roses, Wisteria, Pansies, Kangaroo Paws ... many-many Red Bud trees.
. . . On our first night, we delightfully discovered that trees & fountains are lit by hidden "moon lights." The effect is magical.
. . . The property mgrs & repair teams are also excellent: fast, friendly, responsive.
. . . The girls also call our home the "ESTATE" -- tall 9' ceilings, crown molding, tile roofs, elegant bathrooms, great swimming pool. We are very happy.

This doesn't sound true. Definitely not the Statton Park I'm living in.
