It looks pretty & secure from the outside, but looks can be deceiving!
My vehicle was stolen from the parking lot. I know of numerous vehicles broken into. The soda machine in the laundry repeatedly had the door cut off to steal the money inside. I personally foiled thieves breaking into the storage and maint. shop. A neighbor was victim of identity theft after the door to the mailboxes was ripped off. Managers refused to lift a finger to improve security.
Our apartment constantly leaked in rain... around windows and through cieling. Noise from the bowling alley next door kept us awake all night.
I wish I never lived here. Crime is the single greatest problem at this apartment.
