I lived in this complex for a year and a half. There were many many car's broken into. I even witnessed one form my window. A resident was also recently assulted by a man who lived there. Maintenance is terrible and slow. The interiors are old and the windows are very thin. You can hear everything. It doesn't help that they are located ON William Cannon so the traffic noise is bad. It will only get worse with the new grocery store directly across the street.
