I lived in this apartment complex for a year. The property is beautiful and it's a great location. That's the only good thing I have to say about Sterling Springs.

The management and the residents are what make this apartment complex bad. I was woken up many nights by domestic disputes and loud music. I had two instances of drunk people mistakenly knocking on my door at insane hours of the morning. One person even tried to use their key in my door.

The soda machine in the laundry room is busted into every week. The mailbox area always has shady characters lurking. When I moved in, the apartment complex had a courtesy officer who patrolled the complex. I found out that they cancelled that service when I came home one night to find that maintenance had left a set of keys in my door.

Management seems like they care when you talk to them but when it comes down to getting something done, you can tell that they don't. I moved out at the end of July, I'm still waiting for them to return my deposit...
