The old staff was awsome the new ladies are horrible and unproffesional. They must have been in need of new staff when they hired these two ladies Norma and the other hood rat girl.

I can't agree with you more. Norma is extremly unprofessional, they must have been desperate.

You know I came to know Norma and the new staff and it turned she was actually a really fair and to her word person, so maybe you just didn't get to know her.
