Not so great, but livable

I have been here for almost a year and have had little problems with the apartment complex. Maintenance is average but parking is HORRIBLE!!! If you are here after 8, then you will not find a spot. I have not had any problems with rats or other rodents but the apartment is falling apart and is starting to shift. You can see the cracks in the ceiling. The appliances are OLD and outdated. I am not going to resign my lease here- hard to get in and out of on William Cannon.
