Tons of crime: cars constantly broken into, mail theft, vandalism... you name it.

Overpriced. Poor maintenance and poor response from management. Noisy.

Did I mention the crime' The outside lighting is terrible. The management did not respond in any reasonable fashion after any of my complaints.

Bug problems (specifically, scorpions and plenty of them).

Lots of leaky pipes causing water damage in several of the buildings. One ceiling collpsed nearly on top of my car (in a cover parking spot).
