I lived here from March 2008 to March 2009. I had a death in the family and the first year here in Austin was really great for healing. I left Sterling Springs because I felt like I needed to explore other areas in Austin. I regretted that move, but was able to rectify that mistake. I moved back here in the middle of September, 2009. I signed another 1 year lease. The manager (Matthew) has made a lot of wonderful improvements. The pool deck was replaced, the hot tub works, the weight room has new equipment, and community activities are soon to be planned.

I'm so happy to be back (in building F). My name is Jason. If you live here now, you'll see me walking my dog around the property. I'm the --- Hawaiian with silver rings on all my fingers walking my dog named Duke. I just want people to know that I'm a resident, not a staff member trying to make the property look better. You'll find that a lot of the positive reviews on some of these properties aren't really written by residents.
