Okay, so I'm just gonna be honest with you guys:

**-Illegals playing their music on sundays really loud, sitting on the back of their trucks drinking beer as if they have no neighbors...really cheap carpet; ants, ants, ants, and oh yeah, did I mention the ants'!'!...Also cockroaches, there was one in my bed the other night, I almost had a heart attack! I have had the pest guy out so many times in the 3 years my bf and I have lived here it's ridiculous. The parking really sucks, if you works nights sometimes or have night classes, don't even bother coming back to the complex bc you will be parking around the corner from your building. My car has been broken into twice, when I told management they basically laughed at me, did nothing, had some really old guy start walking the complex at night...guess the criminals got rid of him bc I haven't seen him in a while...The sealant on the refrigerator keeps coming off..My front door would not stay closed when I moved in...3yrs later it still isn't fixed. Keep all of your receipts for your water bills! They will somehow "lose or misplace" your payment, then put a notice on your door in broad daylight for the whole world to see saying you didn't pay it! The tow truck company sneaks through the parking lot at night with their lights off, creeping to tow your car and when you go pick it up your parking permit has mysteriously disappeared..by the way the management office will not reimburse you for that..The windows are not sealed down tightly so bugs get in easily...after having direct tv on my patio for some time I was asked to pay a 75.00 deposit and get renter's insurance...after I did this I was told that I have to take it down..even though there are like 8 other people of hispanic origin with the same service, and they have not taken theirs down! The management changes often, the only person with some common sense is Gloria, everybody else there is incompetent and should not be working with the public. I was told there was a jacuzzi when I moved here, THERE IS NOT, I was told there was extra storage space- THERE IS NOT, the only good thing about this complex is the proximity to my daughter's school and the washer/dryer included..now that I can afford to move I am moving out asap! I have already paid my last months rent, but I refuse to stay and finish it out! If you are smart and want to live in a nice community...you will think long and hard before you move here!

THE PERSON GIVING ALL THESE USER RESPONSES IS OBVIOUSLY PART OF THIS MANAGEMENT AT THE APARTMENT COMPLEX. AND LET ME TELL YOU...... YOU ARE MAKING ALL THESE PEOPLES COMMENTS LOOK LIKE THE TRUTH. ALL YOU ANSWER BACK WITH IS RUDENESS AND A SURE SENSE OF INSECURITY. GOT TO BE ONE OF THE FOLKS THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT OR AT LEAST CLOSE TO THEM. YOU ARE THE ONE WHO NEEDS TO GET A LIFE!......... DISREPECTING THE ELDERLY AND PEOPLE WHO SPEND THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY TO KEEP THIS PLACE UP AND RUNNING. AFFORDABLE RENT IS A GREAT THING THAT HELPS SO MUCH, BUT WHAT IS IT REALLY WORTH WITH ALL THE PROBLEMS AND NEGATIVITY? "WHEN YOU SMILE PEOPLE SMILE BACK" ARE YOU KIDDING ME (WHAT A JOKE!) I GUESS THEY ARE SMILING WHEN THEIR ROBBING YOUR APARTMENT, TOWING YOUR FRIENDS CAR , AND PLAYING THEIR LOUD MUSIC WHILE GETTING HAMMERED IN THE PARKING LOT. SERIOUSLY .......... TAKE SOME RESPONSIBILITY .... WHAT GOES AROUND SURELY COMES BACK AROUND.... OH DID YOU NEED TO RUN A SPELL CHECK ON THAT!
