I live at The Sterling and it's frickin awesome. Whoever left that last comment must be another one of the stuck up rich snobs that lives here. Trust me there's plenty of those! I actually feel sorry for the girls in the office as they have to deal with people like her everyday bitching about something. My apartment is great, a few things have broken here and there, but have always been taken care of. I suggest this place 100% and you should check out the plasmas in this joint!

Everything in that place was a mass. Terrible management and hidden bills. Sterling even makes you pay the utility bills for such as lights in the hallway, waterbill and sewage for the community pool and etc. I wonder why tenants get a burden of paying bills that is outside of apartments... These management girls are stuck up and snobbish. They treat us badly and think it's ok because we're college students.
