I'll give you just 10 reasons why not to consider this place.

First of all!
NO PRIVACY. They have no problem unlocking your apartment door and unlock your room to get into your room to do whatever necessary.

Second,
Management is so messed up. People are very rude and lazy. If I'm not wrong, I heard that 90% of residents in this place had problem with management people and their attitude. It wasn't just me, but 4 of my roommates in the unit also had problem with the management.

Third,
They scam you. This one blonde girl from the management told me I owed money but I found out I didn't.

Fourth,
There are hidden bills such as utility bills that sterling building uses. I paid electric bill, cable bill, water bill, and all sorts of bill for my apartment unit. I don't know why I had to pay electric bill, water bill, sewage bill for management office.

Fifth,
They are so LAZY that they don't even bother notifying us for the packages. One of my package was sitting in management office for about 1 month. I was able to get it because I was waiting for that package for quite a long time and went to office to see what happened.

Sixth,
Management is so cheap. Regardless of how much money they drain from us, they are so cheap. Management does nothing. You'll see what I mean if you get a chance to live here.

Seventh,
Nobody who lived in the sterling stayed....
I think that explains you how terrible this place is...

Eighth,
Parking is a nightmare.
UNless you pay extra $1500 dollars to have ur car put in parking lot. But for guests, they seem to never be able to find the parking spot.

Ninth,
Place is so small. I paid about $700 a month and the room was so small. I didn't have much space for anything.

Tenth,
The management girls lie. They lie to you so don't believe everything they say.
I had this blonde girl call me back to find out what happened with rent processing status. She called me back and said I owed some money. I called the rent processing company and asked just to find out that blonde girl didn't even call the company and I don't owe any money.
They don't do anything and don't care about tenants.
