Management is the issue From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/27/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   The complex is nice, the problem is the Manager. The manager could care lest about the complex. She has the staff screen her call, so she dose not have to deal with issues. The staff tries, but is constantly shot down by the manager. If you look at it, it is her job to turn this into a section 8 complex, and that is sad, because Austin does not need another one.
