there are so many things about this property that are bad it is hard to know where to start.
Management doesn't listen. We have so serious noise issues around out apartment that effect our sleep and overall life living here. We have complained time after time and nothing has been done about it. We have called the security officer that lives on site about the various problems and while that will help for a couple of weeks, we are right back where we started after the neighbors feel like the "coast is clear".
There are questionable tenants living here and I am surprised that this isn't a Section 8 property by now.
Getting in and out of the property is insane and if you like to take you life in your own hands crossing Slaughter to get out, then live here.
Parking SUCKS. Even though we have a covered parking spot, it doesn't make a difference. The towing company is a JOKE if you call to have someone towed that is parked in your spot.
We thought we were getting a good deal with the rates we were offered and the place was meant to be, but we have been nothing but miserable living here. Looking forward to our lease being up in a couple months and finally getting our own home.
