I lived at Stonecreek for a few years, saw many management changes, as well as quality in the living there. I never knew who the management was because the turn over was so frequent, as well as those working in the office. Paperwork was incorrect often, policies seemed to change without notice, and there seemed to be a lack of communication between management and staff. Upon move out, mystery fees showed up, fees I had never paid before at any other apartment complex or was even aware of. I had to call and correct a mistake they made, charging almost $100 extra when in reality they owed me money...I never even got an apology for the mistake. Mistakes happen...but as a business you must acknowledge it. Toward the end of my time living here the gounds were slopily kept up and noise started to become a problem. I had two doormats stolen as well as stuff off my patio. I will say I was glad to take my rent elsewhere!
On a positive note...the complex is located near any and everything you could need...Wal-Mart, Hobby Lobby, Amy's ice cream, many restaurants, clothing stores, and live music.
The only advice I can give is to BE AWARE...ask questions, and get it in writing, save all notes and notices...or you could easily be taken advantage of!
