We got a very good deal when they first opened and after living there 6 months it was obvious they wanted us out so they could get other people who would pay more in. We recieved lease vioations for talking in the parking lot past 10:00pm, having a bike on the back porch, noise on nights we weren't even at the apartment, and many other reasons like that, till on day they just asked us to leave because of a "huge, crazy, party" which was really only 5 or 6 people... the office staff was nice when they signed our lease but rude and unhelpfull after that.
