Poor staff and management

We had problems with the Staff the whole time we lived there.

When we moved out we left 2 addresses for the move out bills to be mailed to as well as phone numbers where we could be contacted.

After several months and no bill I received a call from a collection agency.

When I contacted the apartments about the bill because of some things on it being wrong they told me that they couldn't help me and that I had to go through the collection agency...

what a surprise.

Nice apartments, poor staff.
