Upon move in, management seemed ready to help and were very friendly. Never had a problem with noise, safety, or car break-ins. Did receive a couple of times notices to clean balcony, because of storage boxes put in one corner of balcony. It didn't look bad at all, just didn't have anywhere else to store them, and management didn't like that. Upon move out, my roommates and I were aware that carpet in living/dining room area would need to be replaced due to cat damage. We moved out and told the complex to contact us reguarding the replacement of the public area's carpet. About 1 month after moving out, I received a bill in the mail for $1200 from the carpet being replaced. Come to find out, the management decided to replace the carpet in the whole apartment, and never once contacted me or my other roommates out this decision. They proceeded to go on and charge us $1200 for the carpet as well as the time the men spent to change it. When we went to talk to the complex, they weren't willing to consider changing the amount due, even though they didn't let us know what they were doing. They said that they couldn't help us anymore, and that we had to deal with the people who changed the carpet about setting up a payment plan to pay off the charges for the carpet. Overall, the complex is very nice, but some of the decisions made by the management could have been better.
