Nice place, terrible location

I have lived in two different apts.

here and both had loud highway noise.

My apt was robbed in the middle of the night.

The person was at a party in the complex.

We had had two $100 water bills (obviously mistaken) and the apt.

would only adjust one.

The complex is very nice and well maintained, just too close to the highway.
