I moved in about two months or so ago and this is what I have noticed:
a. so far management is still friendly to me.
b. i can hear the traffic on i-35, its not bad, mostly white noise, but you can hear emergency vehicles on the highway (sirens)
c. i love the gym, and i love how it is all locked and you have to have a remote key for entrance.
d. floors seem to be PAPER THIN. I have become friends with my neighbors and when we are in there apartment you can really really hear the people above them walking around. *so make sure you get the top floor*
e. i have become friends or know most of my neighbors, even well enough that we have got each others phone numbers in case we have problems with each other, or need help with something, and i like that the most because it gives you a good "at home feeling". I will update later after I have lived here a few more months and see home 'at home' i feel then.
