Besides me and my buddies getting a great deal on a 1600 sq.
ft.
apt we endured the worst management situation ever.
We would get noise complaints from the stupid security guard everytime we were watching tv at a volume level that your grandma couldn't hear from across the room.
Then we'd have a party to test them and they wouldn't even come for that.
Inviting everyone around us to the party so that no one was aggravated about it.
Also, one time my friends were out in the parking lot standing by their car talking and the security guy came up yelling at them because they were in the parking lot past 10pm.
What the hell is that' Then outta nowhere they decide they want us out for having too many noise complaints.
So they make us get out in like 2 days.
That apartment complex is the worst I've ever rented from.
I advise you to steer clear of them.

Considering that they keep the noise level under control, I would certainly enjoy living there! Here's a clue..about talking in the parking lot after 10p.m.....noise carries....people are trying to sleep at that time of night who work full time, 40 hr week jobs. Get it?

It's an apartment complex. There is no 10:00 curfew. No one should have to live by one. It's a freek country. Get it?

Your post is encouragement for me to live here. People like you make life worse for other residents. I applaud the owners. This is private property. They own it. They set the rules.
