I lived at Stonegate for 2 years and I must say it was a pretty good experience. I had a great one-bedroom apartment that was perfect for a single person. The apartments have great balconies. The noise from I35 can be bothersome but you get used to it. While the walls are pretty thin, most residents are respectful. I had a difficult neighbor one year who called me in for noise violations when I wasn't even being loud. It was alright cause he moved out soon after. They do a good job of maintaining this property. The grounds are beautiful and the pools and whirlpools are amazing. Be sure not to be at the pool after 10. I was dipping my feet in the hot tub past 10 with my 60 year-old mother, being quiet and just conversing. Out of no where a security guard came out and interrogated us and treated us like criminals for being there at 10:30.

It may have some short comings but the rent is well priced and the apartments and grounds are in excellent shape. Maintenance is quick and responsive. Management is respectful and always friendly. I got a good chunk of my deposit back also which was very nice.
