I recommend stonegate as I have never had any problems here. I must admit I am over 40 and people leave me alone. I absolutely love my spacious apartment, they have floorplans to meet every need. I have broken the rules as far as being out at pool past the time,take more guests than allowed, talked to my brother in the parking lot past late at nite, etc. but I have found as long as you have good sense and keep relatively quiet, they leave you alone. My suggestion if you want to party is to get to know your neighbors because they are the ones complaining and getting security over near your building as I have had a few get togethers and never had a problem. My biggest complaint is tenants living on the upper floors who make no attempts to make the noise easier on you. Thank goodness I sleep with a fan to drown out noises above. I agree the staff aren't real personable, but they are very pleasant when approached. I have never had a maintenance problem that wasn't fixed almost immediately. The grounds are the most beautiful I have ever seen. The cares team are very sweet. The tenants can take responsibility as well for being open and friendly.
