First of all, you are living in an apartment community with 1000 neighbors. Yes, there is going to be noise. Crime has no boundries. If someone wants to get into ANY property they will. Gates are man made and faulter. I feel that the staff is VERY personable, maybe too personable. We strive to be the best in customer service. You can rent an apartment ANYWHERE but we want you at Stongate because of the exceptional service you are going to receive. If you are having an issue with anything you have to bring it to our attention so we can address it. If you are concerned about the camera tapes, the police always have access to them. We are always open to listen to your suggestions & do whatever it takes to improve.

Okay...and what about putting in multiple work orders and after a few times of trying to repair it, you just give up and ignore us? What about when we kept calling every week and nothing got done and we finally had to give up and just leave it the way it was since you wouldn't do anything about it..?

Why are you coming on here and submitting a fully possitive review when you work here? Employees shouldn't try to alter the apartment ratings.

I would like to remain anonymous but I have nothing but good things to say about this community. I do beleive Sam is just on here to improve the community and she is going out of her way to see what else can be done to make residents happy and prospects interested. The last 3 years living here have been great and I plan to renew.

Sam, Kim, and Mandi in the office all go out of their way for everyone... anyone that says different isn't happy with life and just needs something to complain about! Stonegate is a wonderful place to live!

I want to add that Kimberley was the absolute nicest and most genuine property manager I have ever come across. She made the whole nerve racking experience of apartmetn hunting a breeze.
