We could hear Mopac even with all the windows closed and the TV on. We were also on the ground floor, and even though they promised that there was some high-tech insulation between floors, we could hear every single step above us, and could constantly hear a baby crying from somewhere.
We had an enormous sow-bug infestation. I mean, I was cleaning all the floors daily, and when you woke up the next morning, there were hundreds of bugs littering the carpet and linoleum. And let me tell you, sow-bugs ground into carpet is not a fun experience. Maintenince did come spray for bugs, but they came back almost the next day.
Wherever you walk outdoors, watch out for dog-doo, since nobody cleans up after themselves either.
Also, what a pain to get extra sensors for the gates. We had three cars, and only two sensors. They said it was an extra $100 for another one.
