Problems: dogs barking in the middle of the night, you can hear your neighbors garbage disposle and blender, toilet constantly running, stopped taking payments in the office-or there was an extra fee, an extremely loud sensor went off at 4am during a lightening storm, some kids turning off the electricity to your A/C, the office personnel was nice at first when it was owed by Fairfield-then Sherman Properties got ahold of it and it went to hell. The office personnel now are terrible. They ignore you when they are on the phone, they hide in the back office and they are just plain rude. The refrigerator is a joke, the flooring is cheap and they put half carpet in the bathroom. How stupid is that.
Positives: The floor plan we picked is very useful. The computer station and shelving is nice and having a garden bathtub is great. I like the waist high vanity in the bathroom and the stove and microwave are nice as well.
