I'm pretty laid back, don't complain much, but this is just too much.
I've been in my new apartment for 12 days now. Still key items that should be working before move in are not yet worrking. It took over a week just to get a garage opener and gate opener. Our fireplace still does not work. It took 10 days to get the fridge fixed.
When I complain to the person who leased the apartment to me, I get a "I promise it will be fixed tomorrow" and then nothing.
This complex deperately needs new management. I would not even consider this complex if I were you.
