I have lived here for almost a year. The apartments are nice on the inside, and I got a good deal, so I can't complain there. But the management sucks. They got rid of the gate code so if you don't have remote control for the gate, you are screwed because the call box at the gate rarely works. I've been stuck outside before and when I called the emergency maintenance number to get someone to let me in, they wouldn't return my call! Also, there are two sides of the complex, one has 20 plus apartment buildings, the other has only 2. If you are on the side with 20 buildings and you want to go work out at night, you have to leave the gated community and walk all the way to the other side of the main office, go in the other gate (just hope you have your remote control!!!!) and go into the pool and weight room area from that side. How dumb is that' When I called to complain, the woman said "this is just a decision that the management had to make". I think it is ridiculous.

Noise is not to bad, I live on the first floor and if the people near me have their TV or radio on at night with their window open, it echos and I can hear it perfectly. Also, you can hear people on their balconies at night if they aren't talking quietly, but it's not too bad. Noise complaints made at night are usually resolved within a resonable amount of time.

Parking is good near building 11, not sure about the other areas.

The grounds are kept nice and tidy, sometimes annoying when they come to cut the grass early in the morning, but hey, at least it looks nice!

Maintenance is good, I haven't had any maintence issues in the 10 months I have been here. But when I did have a question about something, the maintanance man made an appointment with me and was here on time.

Safety is good as well, I have not seen or heard of any break-ins to cars or apartments. There is also an APD officer who lives within the community and serves as our security officer. He lives near me, so that is comforting.

Overall, it is a good place to live if you can deal with the management. They are incredibly annoying with their rude and "I don't care" attitude, but if you can live with that, then live here. It's one of the cheapest places I have found for the quality and size of the apartments.
