l lived here 3 years. the first problem was that the walls are SO thin that the neighbor upstairs woke me up multiple times almost every night having sex, and an apartment without any common walls could be heard by the whole building when they had parties. during the summer, people who don't live there jump the fence and use the pool and are screaming throughout the night, teenagers and trashy people, peeing, drinking, and playing loud music in the pool area which is surrounded by apartment buildings. no hlep from the management. in fact, when my neighbor was sexually harassing me, the management did nothing, even when he verbally threatened me right in front of them! they said i could move into a different apartment , but wouldn't make him move. my car was broken into twice along with many others. the nearby community is very trashy and think the luxury pools are theirs to enjoy. loud noise, useless staff and a cheap building make this the worst apartment experience of my life.
