This is certainly the worst apartment complex management I have encountered in years! They are ambivalent to tenants concerns. The pool area is always trashed making it a virtual germ cesspool after the weekend. There have been numberous reports of theft due to "visitors" to the pool from the surrounding areas. This area is completely unsupervised. I can count on one hand the number of times I have used the pool in the two years I have lived here due to the random people that use it and how dirty it is. The walls are extremely thin. I made numerous complaints to the management about my upstairs neighbor and the 10 family members he seemed to have living with him in a 2 bedroom apartment. They were ambivalent to this as well. I can say I have lived in better apartments with better management in East Austin. I do not reccommend this complex to anyone.
