Where do I begin. I have recently had some run in's with ehe staff & let me just say, I have never dealt with ruder people. This staff tries so hard to get you to sign the lease & once your signature is on that contract....it's like Dr. Jeckell & Mr. Hyde! They constantly contradict themselves & try to pawn off their mistakes on the tenants. I have to deal with them giving away my carport spot numerous times as well as deliquency notices that are sent because their staff cannot credit your account properly. And try getting them to fix anything....good luck! You would think because you are paying an arm & a leg that you would at least get treated with some kind of respect. As I said before, they are rude, condescending, and unsympathetic towards their tenants! I will never live her again nor will I ever refer anyone to this property!

These people have no place being in any kind of position to interact with people. Rudest and most unhelpful staff I've ever dealt with in Austin and I've lived in more than 11 complexes
