Water Alllocation Rip Off , Rude Staff

Had to argue my water bill for over 6 months. They refuse to show me my water meter. Rate raised from 20/mo to 60/mo and noone could explain why. When I took off from work for the 3rd time to settle this with the apartment manager, I was told, "Do what you have to do", meaning sue us if you don't like it.

I had to go through legal channels to get any real information.

The staff here treat you like they are your high school teacher instead of someone to do business with.
