I was disappointed to see some of the remarks here. I haved lived here for some time and these remarks have not been my experience. Are there mistakes, sure and I have experienced my fair share just like anywhere else. However, overall the staff performs just fine in a very busy enviroment.
I have known many of them over the years and they are great people and very good at there jobs.

I would recommend this place very highly.

This has to be a damn person from the office writing this. I have lived here 3 years now and have ALWAYS had problems with the staff. They are rude and disrespectful. Plus, they just upped my rent by $150. That's right, for a place the same size as their competition, with LESS amenities and a HORRIBLE staff, you get to pay more than you would moving down the street. This place is absolutely ridiculous.

I agree with the respondent. This MUST be an office staff person who wrote this originally. The office staff, past and present, just plain suck. They are very unhelpful and God forbid you have a problem that can't be fixed by the maintenance man. Forget about expecting a call back from the property manager. Have had a problem with smoke in my apartment for 3 months now (seeps through the airvent from below -- no, not the porch). Basically told to deal with it.

Just remember that you are living in an apartment and no place is perfect. If you dont want to deal with dog poop, poor staff and all the other complaints I have read on here then go out and buy a house. There problem solved. At the rate rent is at Stoneleigh I can GAURENTEE that you can get a mortgage payment at about that rate!
