I sent in my intent to vacate notice 4 months in advance twice and they insisted they never recieved it. I was never late with rent, a good tenant and the staff treated me with disrespect, an air of annoyance, and acted as if I was trying to pull a fast one. Since THEY said they never recieved the intent to vacate I was hassled to pay over a thousand, to compensate THEIR filing mistakes because there is a stipulation in their lease that should that type of violation occur you are charged the market rate and the special that brought you in is voided--I regret living there. The staff was shockingly rude.
