I have been here just about a year and there have been so many distrubances, its like this is a college campus. Many collegers live here and younger folks. Cops are called out here a lot for disputes and noise complaints. The pool is alwasy trashy, and cloudy.The office really cant do much about it. There are just too may residents and non-residents using the pool...its overcrowded. One time, I saw , rockets, socks, and beer cans in the pool. I give this place a booooo...not for me.
Apartments are great, but the community sucks.

You are correct in your assessment of this community. I re-signed my lease at the beginning of 2007 and I regret it. Since Camden took over this property, they ran off the the previous, excellent leasing agents and the customer service is gone. The manager and the assistant manager do not care about you or the property at all. The maintenance is severely understaffed ( again, Camden fired several of the maintenance people )and requests for in apartment maintenance is slow. I would recommend that you look elsewhere if you are looking for a nice place to live.
