I have lived here for three years. I used to love it. Then it was taken over by Camden properties. I thought it was for the better, but not if you want your rent to increase by $55 one year and then by $150 the next. And have an insanely rude and disrespectful staff. Go down the street and find something that's cheaper. With MUCH BETTER ammenities. This place is NOT WORTH YOUR TIME.

I had the same experience! Lived there for 3 years and was a "MODEL" tenant! People moved out and in all around me but I stayed put up on the 3rd floor by the front gate! Never had a problem with anything being stolen from my vehicle, but the gate was always going off track and the blaring alarm at 2am in the mornings would wake the dead! Sometimes it would go on for hours before someone showed up to check it out. I had a young kid move in next door - not in college, just had his mom get him an apartment for $200 cheaper a month than I was being charged - and he started dealing drugs out of his apartment. I mentioned to the office staff about the cheaper rate and drugs going on next door with the kid and it went on deaf ears! The office staff was in continuous flux and for the most part extremely rude. My rent went up EVERY year I renewed which I understood, but when they decided to charge me $200 more the next renewal, and didn't care about my time there, I told them very nicely to take a flying leap. Then after I had professionals come and clean the apartment to "better than move in condition" I still got charged a fee! Do yourself a huge favor - do not move in there!
