Every month there is a car break-in, and the management hides it from their residents. Recently our mail boxes where pried open and all mail stolen. Was any tenant notified' Nope. We now have to pick our mail up at the post office because the complex is so ignorant, they won't fix the post boxes because for some reason they think that it is not their responsibility. The girls in the office said it wasn't their responsibility to fix it, but the post offices. Wrong! It is the complexes responsibility to fix. Maintenance problem' forget it, they'll get to you in 2 months because they only have 2 guys. A large number of security lighting is out around the complex, they don't see a necessity to replace the lamps. The "security" gates are always broken. You don't need the gate opener because the gates are always open. They girls in the office act with the manners of your local prostitute. They're RUDE, CRUDE and about as helpful as a rock. The pool, well last time I was down there it was full of beer bottles and a couple was having loud sex in the jacuzzi. Disgusting!!! The walls are paper thin, you can hear every word your neighbor utters and every step they take. Gang tagging!!!! It's all over the complex. A new strip shopping center is going up on Slaughter and there is nothing but tagging everywhere. This place is a dump!!! The rent keeps going up and up and up and trust me there is not anything this place offers to justify that! Don't move here, you'll be sorry.
