The leasing agents will not disclose everything that you will be charged for. I never received a copy of my last lease eventhough I called several times and when I moved out they did not give me a copy of what I signed and now are charging me double than what was quoted to me. The management of this complex leaves little to be desired. When I moved in it took them over a year to get me in the directory at the gate. Only the maintanence guys were cool. I had a nice view but when it came time to renew they kept jacking up the rate. Good luck to new residents who plan on staying, they will pay for it. I do not reccomend this community to ANY ONE. There were always loud parties, and almost one every 3 months notices of break in's in the community.
