I have lived there for 15 mos. I would say i have the best apt. in the whole complex. Right by the pool first floor. I love it, not to mention I got a great deal and surprisingly when my lease was up they only raised my rent by only $30 which is nothing for that apt. My apt. was broken into while i lived there, but the staff and maitnence were great. It took a couple of days to get my door fixed but that was due to the company where they were getting the door from. I have always had good experiences and encounters with all of the ladies in the office, maitnence staff and even the grounds officer. The pool is great. Always a lot of people laying out, grilling or playing volleyball. Parking was never an issue for my guests. I would reccomend this apartment to anyone, I would renew but i got re-located for my job out by lake travis so the drive is too far.
