Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Great: Apartment (new stuff), parties
Nice: Staff, Landscaping
Bad: Gym, Business Center, Noise (vacuum/applicances upstairs)
Horrible: Parking (unless you pay for it).

BTW, one of those reviews reads totally as if someone from the management wrote it
