There are a few good things about this place: it's relatively new, the grounds are well kept and the maintenance staff is friendly, professional and handles problems in a timely fashion.

However, if you're looking for a quiet place, with a warm, helpful office staff and good parking, look elsewhere. There are lots of college kids here, so this place gets pretty noisy. As others have said, parking is a nightmare. Even if you have a spot that you pay for, sometimes you come home to find that someone else has parked in it.

As another tenant wrote, management is not very concerned about resident retention or so it seems. They do not care about problems you may have. In fact, when you talk to them about a problem you're having, you are treated as a nuisance. Going in that office is not a pleasant experience whatsoever.

All in all, I say don't be fooled by the pretty exterior (as I was). You can probably do better.
