WARNING: Please don't put your faith entirely on the reviews here. Sometimes a complex manager pretends to be a tenant and writes an excellent review, or a rival complex manager will write a very generic critical review. It's quite easy to spot fakers when you read a review of somewhere you are currently staying. Always keep that in mind.
LENGTH: 3 months in 2004
BAD: - Parking is horrible. Small cramped spaces. There are no parking shortages but you have to drive way in the back. - Trash disposal is also WAY in the back if you choose to drop it off yourself - Community laundry room only has two washers and two dryers. - Near wooded area, therefore insects are commonly spotted (especially on first floor rooms) even though they spray for them. I noticed big spiders, ants, and a centipede during my short stay. - "Business center" is just a single computer and people do use it, so when your internet goes down and you need access, it's not unusual to wait 30 minutes or so. - Not a gated community, only gated for cars, you can simply walk around the car-gate. - Far from downtown, suburb feel. This could be good for some people
GOOD: - Newly built, approximately 2001. - Neighbors are nice. Felt safe. Quiet neighborhood. Walls are thick. - The office staff is extremely nice and will do what they can do help you with anything. - The one problem I had, maintainence promptly fixed. - Fitness center is very small but adequate. Has cable tv, free weights, new cardio machines, and you can adjust the temperature inside. - Beautiful view. I've never lived at a place that had such a great view of trees!.
