My stay was from July 2004 to July 2005.
I agree with some of the negative comments, in that the management changed often, though I think I only noticed 3 different staff groups over the year I stayed there.
I think they lost some of their documentation in the management shift, because they were sending letters to all the tenants asking who was renting which garage. I could have probably stopped paying for mine and nobody would have known.
I did have issues with noise pollution, mainly because of the stoners in the building next to mine standing on their balcony laughing and "dude"ing all night, and the Indian couple 2 floors down that yelled at each other so loud that I could hear it inside my place on the 3rd floor.
Also, the 3rd floor units are almost impossible to keep at a cool temperature in the summer. I had to close the vent in the bathroom to redirect enough air into the bedroom to barely make it tolerable in the daytime.
I was initially attracted to the floorplan because it has a cyclical, non-square organization. I've stayed in alot of uninspired apartments, and this was a nice departure. However, after awhile I realized they really rationed out the square footage in such small quantities that all the rooms are too small to be practical for anything. Humonguous bathroom, kitchen-sized closet, tiny bedroom, tiny dining room, and who really needs 2 balconies'
Parking sucks, yes, but I chose a building at the east end of the complex, close to the entrance, which had plenty of parking. Nobody else would park there because it was a long walk for anyone except people in my building.
Building 1 does have a good scenic view of the greenbelt. And the rooms are pretty clean and still look relatively new, not like 10 year old complexes where there's so many coats of paint on the wall that the square footage has been affected.
In summary, if you like a scenic view, a nice kitchen and bathroom, and a walk-in closet, but don't have alot of furniture, this place is great. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
