..the majority's opinion, this complex has much to be desired. As far as parking, would you believe they somehow managed to paint the white lines too close'!' I didn't read it in other posts, but I had spiders in my apt - and of course the maintenance did nothing about that. The management did change frequently, unlike anything i've see.
When I moved in, the water from the bath stunk up the apt b/c they staff forgot to empty the water heater. I had to run the water for 30 minutes to get rid of the smell. Also, its close to the RR tracks, so prepare for that every few hours.
I moved in b/c i got a $99 deal, and could walk to work in 20 minutes.
As far as good...well, the inside of my 1 br was pretty attractive...i like the layout of the bathroom. You'll be close to ACC if you're a student.
I would never move back to Stoneleigh...unless I got a darn good discount..something like $400 a month.

there is no such thing as emptying the hot water heater to makeready an apartment. I used to manage apartments and you do not empty the hot water heater. the water doesn't "go bad" it is heated!
