During the day and weekends it's like a damn frat house. Management doesn't really do anything to help, when the issue is brought up. The loud lady below plays some dance ---- with lots of bass. Pictures and dishes rattle around upstairs.


Some occasional car break in's, but for $55/month they will lease you a garage. And there is a security gate in front, but the gate isn't extended around the complex, just the main entrance, so anyone on foot to steal or break into a car isn't even slowed down. (beware)
