The nice girl that leased to me---GONE. The manager that was there when I leased---GONE! The only person left is the bi**h in the office, who must be related to someone higher up to still be there. She is useless! And has a real attitude problem. She messed up my parking spaces 3 times! And, has zip customer service. Good luck getting ahold of the management company, I guess they just don't give a damn. I'm moving as soon as my lease is up. Run from this place a fast as you can.

The person did not say that they were rude .They said the ding bat was in the office was rude . I went to this apartment complex to see for myself the living status and was highly insulted by a rude female in the office . I ask a question and she couldn't answer properly. How sad, this apartment complex lost out on a person who pays their rent on time. Buyer beware it the complex looks good, but you get the worst customer service in the office. Once you notice that the property value doesn't look good. It is truly sad when an outsider like myself says this. Oh well good luck to the next sucker!

yeah right, like you just popped in for no reason. I bet you are the original poster and just trying to make trouble. Stop being rude to the leasing girls and move out if you are so unhappy. You are being rude when you call them B**tch and Ding Bat. Didn't your mother teach you name calling is RUDE! I find the office staff to be as accomodating as possible in spite of rude customers.

Hi this is the "leasing girl" and I would like to take the time and apologize for being rude if I was, I can't recall each conversation I have with every resident was have on 200 residents here. However I would like you to know that I do know what I am talking about and if for some reason I did not have the right answer or even an answer that does not mean that I won't take the time and find the answer you are looking for. Also I do agree if you are that unhappy then give you notice at the end of you lease term and find a new home, life is too short to be so mad. Again I hope that the next time we meet I am able to answer any questions that you might have, Have a great Merry Christmas!
