I usually don't like to write bad reviews because the apt where I was had a nice view, but to make the story short. When I moved there 3 years ago, the staff was nice and it was a nice complex. Nowadays, with the new management they think that they are making us a favor to let us live there (When are they going to realize that their salary comes from a portion of our rent'.. all about customer service)..

So my advice is: You better run away, they are rude and also when you move out even though they walk the apt with you and told you that the apt was ok, they will screw you later with magic charges about cleaning and making a profit from you.

Take your time and look the apt complex around, there are another options like Amli apts or Verano apts.
