The management here is a drag. They don't seem to take your complaint seriously and normally just brush it off because I see nothing fixed everytime. The parking is horrible!!!!!! Sometimes I am reluctant to leave my own apartment at night because I know finding an available spot after will be a nightmare so I stay in sometimes. For that, I feel restricted. When I DID brought up the parking space problem to staff, their solution was for me to fork out an extra $60 to get a cover parking to solve my problem. Gee..I didn't know that with leasing an apartment, you have to lease a parking spot as well in order to assure parking'!! I cannot wait to get the heck out of here!
I searched and searched and finally found a "corporate office" to this management company at 512-282-9222 to place any complaints. I URGE EVERYONE TO USE THIS!!!!!!
