Beware!!! I lived here for almost two years, and while I stayed things were great. Never had any problems, until I came home about a month before my lease was up. There was a notice on my door stating that my apartment unit had been foreclosed! I contacted the office and they told me that I should prepare to move out asap. Well, I moved out in mid June and they never returned my deposit of over $980. Just be careful if you are in a situation like me and have to put down a big deposit because you might just have to take them to court to get it back. WHAT A MESS!!!!
Oh... and the property manager never returns your phone calls if they are at fault for something.

I got the notice of foreclosure around the end of May and they told me someone would notify me when to move out. I no longer had to pay rent, but never was told when to move out. So after about 2 weeks of waiting on a move out date I just went on my own so that I wouldn't get caught without a place to live. Not sure how long I could have lived there before they changed the locks...
